Today I was going to sit down downward together with write a tutorial on how I created the Mapa. The map is a 1891 map of Bogotá, Republic of Colombia overlaid amongst pop-ups containing data most some of the city's prominent politicians at the fourth dimension (mapped to their dwelling identify addresses).
